1. Introduction
Welcome to Pioneer Classflex. By booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking, depending on the tour package.
  • Payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other options as specified by Pioneer Classflex.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of the booking.
  • Entry tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations can only be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a specified period and may be subject to administrative charges.
  • Pioneer Classflex reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, with full refunds or rescheduling options provided.

4. Travel Documents and Requirements

  • It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.
  • Pioneer Classflex is not responsible for denied entry due to incomplete or incorrect travel documents.

5. Health and Safety

  • Travelers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the tour.
  • It is recommended that all travelers have travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen events.
  • Pioneer Classflex is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues during the trip.

6. Tour Itineraries and Changes

  • Tour itineraries are subject to change due to weather, operational reasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Pioneer Classflex will make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives if significant changes occur.

7. Liability and Responsibility

  • Pioneer Classflex acts as an agent for transportation, accommodation, and other services and is not liable for third-party failures or negligence.
  • Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings. The company is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
  • Any complaints during the trip must be reported immediately so that appropriate actions can be taken.

8. Conduct and Behavior

  • Travelers must comply with local laws and regulations at all destinations.
  • Any disruptive behavior that affects the experience of other travelers may result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.

9. Force Majeure

  • Pioneer Classflex is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Zimbabwean legal procedures.
